The Significance of the Chess Board
There is SO much symbolism behind Stefan knocking over the white king and queen on the chess board when he found out Damon and Elena are together you have no idea. I don’t even know where to begin… with the basics, I guess. :) I am sure that there are many different facets and interpretations to this scene, so I’m not claiming that I have included everything in this post and I’m sure that a lot of you will make connections that I haven’t made.
And while I am actually a lot more fair to Stefan in this post than I usually am, if you’re a Stelena shipper or a Stefan-stan, there are some implications in this post that you might not like.
